Our farm team includes around 15 members from the local tribal community, alongside other members of the agricultural team. Together, they contribute to the day-to-day cultivation and care of our blueberry plants in Kotagiri.

Rather than treating farm work as interchangeable manual labor, our operation is built on long-term training in commercial substrate agronomy, precision fertigation maintenance, and cold-chain sanitation. This partnership ensures continuous local employment with fair compensation and safe working environments.
